Baptisms

“So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls."

Acts 2:41

Baptism is the immersion of the body into water representing and identifying with the burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 3:13-17). Who is baptism for? Baptism is for all who have repented of sin and gladly receive the Word of God. Baptism is a symbol of spiritual burial and resurrection.

The believer is making a public statement and testimony through baptism that he/she is dead to the practice of sin. The old self has been crucified with Christ, and not serving sin anymore. Interested in learning more? Fill out the form below. We have baptism class every third Sunday after service.
